It was one of my new years resolutions to stop buying plastic sanitary products, and I've finally done it!! I used the instructions from this website [link] to make these cloth pads.

I know people usually use flannel, and either velcro or snaps for closure, but since part of my point in doing this was to NOT BUY ANYTHING, I used old t-shirts and towels for the material, and plastic buttons, which I happened to have a lot of. It actually works VERY well. much more comfortable than plastic pads, and they make me happy because it's better for both me AND the environment ^__^
